clipped wings do kinda suck... but its alot safer for the bird, (i miss my parrot) we didnt clip her wings fully. always let her have a little bit. just cuz we felt bad. shes still alive and well. i just didnt have the time for her so i gave her to a friend of my dad, havent seen her since. but i hear shes happy with more parrot friends. :)
